Pistons & Grill was created to incorporate 2 passions of mine Great food and Hot Rods. A classic 1950s diner menu and 1950s truck and trailer, will give that look, feel and taste. We are committed to producing your meals, which are made by hand with care and attention to quality, using only the freshest of ingredients.
We support and promote our NYS farmers and producers by showcasing their harvest in our products.
